TPA is currently preparing design and construction documents for the renovation of Bryan Memorial Plaza, a commercial and municipal space fronting the historic town hall. The project consists of improvements to traffic flow, organization of parking, pavement rehabilitation, new granite curbs, ADA compliant sidewalks, crosswalks, landscaping, and ornamental pedestrian-scale lighting to ensure safe pedestrian access in the Plaza and around Town Hall. A subsurface drainage system will be constructed to manage surface runoff. Construction was completed in Spring 2018.
